Delete your account

You delete your account inside the KadSense app. This page does not delete anything.

1. Open KadSense.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens

• Your synced transactions, budgets, bills, categories, cards and devices are removed at once.
• All your sign-in sessions end.
• You are unsubscribed from marketing email.
• The remaining account record is purged after 30 days. We keep a short audit record with a hashed identifier only, for 24 months.
• The data already on your phone stays on your phone. It belongs to the device.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

We cannot recover a deleted account or its records.

Cannot open the app?

Write to privacy@kadsense.my from the email address on the account. We will ask you to confirm it is you before we delete anything.

Padam akaun anda

Anda memadam akaun di dalam aplikasi KadSense. Halaman ini tidak memadam apa-apa. Buka Tetapan (Settings), pilih Akaun (Account), ketik Delete account dan sahkan. Rekod yang disegerakkan dan peranti anda dibuang serta-merta, sesi dihentikan, dan anda dinyahlanggan daripada e-mel pemasaran. Baki rekod akaun dibuang selepas 30 hari. Data yang sudah ada pada telefon anda kekal pada telefon anda. Pemadaman akaun tidak membatalkan langganan App Store; batalkannya dalam tetapan langganan Apple ID anda. Jika anda tidak dapat membuka aplikasi, tulis kepada privacy@kadsense.my dari alamat e-mel pada akaun tersebut.
